We perform precise measurement of the “zero state”, which is the basis of the investment process. Using low-level laser scanning supplemented with photogrammetric data, we obtain documentation characterized by high detail (several hundred points per 1 m2).
Laser scanning makes it possible to measure the ground level even in wooded and shrubby areas.
The result is not only a precise terrain model, but also documentation that allows us to record the existing state before the start of the investment.
The terrain model reflecting the zero state is devoid of generalization and its accuracy does not differ from the model obtained by classical surveying.
Detailed and accurate inventory of ground zero ensures correct (realistic) execution of the balance of earthworks at the start of the project and can be used at the stage of:
– design – as a base digital terrain model
– cost estimation – for the purpose of offering investment realization
– handover – taking over the construction site before the start of the investment, in order to secure the investor and the contractor
– comparison of the construction site with the design documentation (even before the cutting of greenery and demolition of buildings)
– periodic settlements of construction works
Thanks to the use of drones, studies even for large areas are carried out in a short time.
